Chef Carlo Peretti is now serving as Executive Chef at The Inn on Broadway/Tournedos Steakhouse. 

In 1929, The University Club of Rochester was a staple in promoting Rochester commerce and a hub for social gatherings.  Now restored to its original charm, the Inn on Broadway has a combination of deluxe rooms and suites, beautiful accommodations and gorgeous gathering spaces with charm and mystique no other Rochester location can provide.  Tournedos is the only upstate NY restaurant to serve in house dry aged beef and offers seafood flown in fresh from Hawaii.
