With March, the mantle of dormancy is cast off and the promise of spring breaths new life into the kitchen. I love the prospect of spring vegetables and the anticipation of biting into the very first stem of asparagus, seeing the fiddle head ferns appear through the fall leaves in my back yard. Hopefully spring will be here before we know it, please, please can winter be over!
